Hong Kong  ·  US options  ·  US Investing Championship

Research worth reading.
Execution worth keeping.

The people who move markets are required to tell you what they buy. We read those filings the day they appear and publish what they mean. Members who want to act on it overnight can use our software to do so — included, at no charge.

Market intelligence

SENT AS FILED

Almost all of it is public. Almost all of it is read too late to be useful. We watch the filings continuously and send what matters the day it appears — not in a summary at the weekend, by which time the move has happened.

01

Congressional disclosures

Pelosi  ·  Trump  ·  committee chairs

Members of Congress must report their trades within forty-five days. We monitor every filing and flag the ones that matter, with particular attention to those who vote on the industries they hold.

02

Institutional positioning

Burry  ·  Citadel  ·  Aschenbrenner

The funds worth following, and what they actually did. What was bought, what was sold, and what remains actionable by the time the filing becomes public.

03

Corporate insiders

Form 4  ·  13D

Filtered rather than forwarded. Who is buying their own company, at what size relative to what they already hold, and whether a cluster of them means anything.

04

Listings and index events

IPOs  ·  lock-ups  ·  additions

The calendar, and the parts of it that have historically moved price. Upcoming listings, expiring lock-ups, and the flow around index rebalancing.

05

Options flow

Volume  ·  positioning

Where volume is concentrated, which names are being accumulated, and what the positioning suggests about the sessions ahead.

III

Who writes it

THREE TRADERS

One has won the US Investing Championship. One has placed. One leads his division this year.

The championship is a real-money contest with independently audited accounts. It does not accept a trader’s own figures. That distinction matters more than any win rate: the record above was verified by someone other than the people who produced it.

Every position is published as it is taken. Positions are trimmed in stages rather than held to a target, which is why the losing months cost less than the winning months make.

Their identity stays inside the membership. A desk with a public following gets front-run, and the edge does not survive being handed to everyone.

IV

The software

A MEMBER TOOL — PROVIDED FREE

The US market opens at half past nine at night in Hong Kong and closes at four in the morning. Members who want to act on the research during those hours can do it by hand, or they can use the tool we give them.

It does what you would do yourself: read the position we have published, place the same order in your own account at the size you have set, and follow the subsequent trims. It is a convenience, not a service — we charge nothing for it and nothing depends on your using it.

01

We publish a position

The same alert every member receives. If you would rather place it yourself, everything you need is in the message.

02

Your machine places the order

On your computer, in your own Futu account, under your own credentials, which never leave the machine. We cannot access your account, withdraw from it, or place anything you have not configured it to follow.

03

The position is managed, not merely opened

When the desk trims, you trim. A profit floor rises beneath a winning position and never falls. A position whose underlying breaks down is closed without waiting to be told.

04

Every setting is yours

What proportion of your account it may use, how much goes into a speculative position against a high-conviction one, and whether it runs at all. Change any of it at any time, or switch it off and read the research instead.

It is not what you are paying for

Your subscription buys the research. The software is a tool we give members because it saves them sitting up until four in the morning. It is not sold, not priced, and carries no performance fee.

Your account remains yours

We hold no client money and manage no assets. Every order it places is one you configured it to place, in an account only you can access. Switch it off and your membership is unaffected.

V

What it requires

BEFORE YOU APPLY

The research requires nothing but an inbox. The software is more demanding, and it is better to know now.

A funded Futu account

With US options enabled. If you cannot buy an option by hand in the app, the software cannot either.

A computer that stays awake

Between half past nine at night and four in the morning, Hong Kong time. If it sleeps, the software stops until you wake it.

Sufficient account size

The strategy works by trimming a position in stages. Below approximately USD 200,000 there are too few contracts to divide, and the result is a coarser version of the same approach.

The contracts the desk trades have finite liquidity. Beyond a certain number of members buying the same option in the same minute, execution deteriorates for everyone — including members already here. The cap reflects that constraint rather than a marketing decision.

We are early, and taking applications one at a time.

WE SPEAK TO EVERY APPLICANT

This is not a checkout. Tell us what you trade and what you expect this to do for you, and we will tell you honestly whether it suits. If it does not, we will say so.

Email us Join the Discord

The Discord invitation places you in a waiting room rather than the members’ area. Each request is approved individually.

Once accepted, the alerts, the setup guides and the desk’s commentary become available, and the software arrives the same day.

What you are buying, and what you are not PLAINLY

Your subscription is to caffenatd. research — a publication covering congressional and insider filings, institutional positioning, upcoming listings and market analysis. That publication is the entirety of what you are paying for.

The execution tool is provided to members at no charge. It is not sold, not separately priced, and carries no performance fee. It places orders you have configured it to place, in your own account, and can be switched off at any time without affecting your membership or the research you receive.

caffenatd. is a publisher. Nothing in the research, in the Discord, or in the software is personal investment advice, and none of it takes account of your circumstances, objectives or needs. We are not licensed to give investment advice and do not do so.

Trading options involves substantial risk and you can lose more than you expect, including your entire position. Past performance — ours, the desk’s, or anyone’s — does not indicate future results. The figures on this page describe positions the desk has taken publicly. They are not a promise, a projection, or a representation of what any individual member has earned or will earn.

The software places orders in your own brokerage account, under your own credentials, which remain on your computer. We cannot access, withdraw from, or otherwise control your account. You remain responsible for every trade placed in it, and you may switch the software off at any time without affecting your membership.
